Diamond International Constructions offers innovative cellular concrete solutions and services, based on the eco-friendly and very economical LithoPore (www.lithopore.com) foaming agent and machinery from Dr. Luca & Partner, Germany.

LithoPore is the world's first foaming agent made of laboratory grown enzymes, and consists of highly active proteins of mainly vegetable origin - unlike the unattractive protein hydrolysis, which uses animal carcass.

LithoPore tops all other types of foaming agents with its superior, stable quality and properties, a very competitive price and a neutral, technical odor.

With LithoPore PRO technology, for the first time, compressive strengths are achievable without any energy input, that are comparable to the ones of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). At the same time the manufacturing cost is much lower than for AAC.

Besides, Dr. Luca & Partner provides advanced foam generators and foam concrete machines for the production of LithoPore and LithoPore PRO. Those machines are based on a world unique low pressure foaming system (200-300mbar), containing automatic greasing system (to reduce maintenance time and cost), water flow regulators to adjust the foam quality very precisely and a special, integrated mixing system for constant foamed concrete consistency.
